A Sacred Ground Frequency Exchange

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

Sacred Ground
represented by Merilyn Kesküla, Solar Architect (hereinafter referred to as “the Facilitator”)

and

[YOU]
(hereinafter referred to as “the Participant”)

1. Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to formalize the Participant’s entry into the Sacred Ground Pre-Access Field via a contribution of 888 EUR, representing a mutual energetic and financial commitment to the unfolding creation of the Sacred Ground network and the body of work carried by Sacred Ground.

2. Nature of Contribution

This contribution is not a purchase or donation in the traditional sense, but a frequency-based exchange to support the anchoring of a planetary sanctuary network aligned with the Elements and 12 Solar Archetypes.

It grants access to:

• Exclusive updates, archetypal transmissions and Q&A

• Early involvement in sanctuary co-creation, retreats, and offerings

• Access to private visioning circles and online field space

• First invitations to invest or stay in sanctuaries and Solar Keys

• Option to contribute voice, insight, or frequency to the development process

3. Reciprocity Clause: The 12-Month Circle

The Participant enters a 12-month Solar Cycle of Integration and Receiving. At the completion of this cycle, the Participant may choose from three aligned pathways:

• Return: Request the original 888 EUR to be returned with gratitude and no explanation required.

• Reinvest: Apply the 888 EUR toward future investments, sanctuary stays, or co-creation opportunities.

• Gift Forward: Contribute the amount to seed the path for another field architect, sponsor a sanctuary, or support the wider mission of Sacred Ground.

This decision is entirely at the Participant’s discretion and reflects the core principle of sovereign choice and reciprocal flow.

4. Integrity of Field

The Participant agrees to enter this field in the spirit of:

• Integrity and respect for the vision

• Sovereignty and clear boundaries

• Trust-based co-creation rather than expectation or control

• Open-hearted dialogue, feedback, and sharing

5. Confidentiality and Respect

Any non-public materials, gatherings, or transmissions shared during the pre-access phase are to be held in respect and sacred confidence, unless otherwise agreed. This maintains the sanctity of the field as it emerges.

6. Governing Principles

This Agreement is based not solely on legal precedent, but on the higher laws of Universal Integrity, Reciprocity, and Sovereignty. Should any misalignment or issue arise, both parties agree to resolve it through open dialogue and mutual respect before invoking external systems.
