Elin Myrström, founder or Myrström Capital
My entrepreneurial journey began long before my career did.
At five years old, I was selling my mother's freshly baked cinnamon rolls outside our family home. Watching my father build his own company sparked a curiosity that never left me - the desire to create, build and turn ideas into reality.
Nearly three decades later, that same curiosity has grown into a career in leadership, business building and investing. I've built teams, scaled companies and learned - often the hard way - that lasting growth starts with clarity, courage and the right people around you.
Today, through Myrström Capital, I mentor ambitious founders, invest in businesses I believe in, and help entrepreneurs build companies—and lives—they're proud to own.
Merilyn Kesküla, founder of 5F Capital
I’m a mentor and strategic advisor working at the intersection of conscious leadership and regenerative capital. My favourite playing-field is supporting impact-driven founders and visionary leaders to communicate with clarity, cultivate grounded presence, and raise capital while remaining deeply aligned with their purpose and values.
My background is bold and colourful - working across creative, corporate and entrepreneurial ecosystems in Estonia, the UK and Switzerland. I hold a BA from the University of the Arts London, and completed executive programmes through the Stockholm Resilience Centre, Pareto Business School and Capital Institute.
Through mentoring, strategic guidance, and transformative experiences, I guide people to develop the clarity, confidence, and capacity to experience and work with capital in a wildly more expansive way.
